The Association of Wisconsin Cleaning Contactors changed its name to Midwest Cleaning and Restoration Association, Inc (MCRA) on Jan. 1. The new name better represents the expanding geographic scope of the organization; an expanded offering of programs and services launched in fall 2009 in the state of Minnesota.
