Education is a cornerstone of the Connections Conference and Exhibition, and the cleaning and restoration industry as a whole. A serendipitous gathering of some of the industry’s top experts helped reinforce that idea.

During a lull in the action (yes, I’m lying - there was no lull; I begged. A lot) I was lucky enough to get Ben Garcia, Jeff Bishop, Ruth Travis, Tom Hill, Mickey Lee, Dan Bernazzani, Barry Costa and Chris Taylor together to discuss some of the latest certifications, observations and activities within and beyond the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Now, this being the 21st century and all, you can’t just write down and regurgitate everything said. No, that would not do, not at all.
