Peterborough, ON – February 8, 2010 -Charlotte Products, founded in 1960 and a leading manufacturer of a wide range of cleaning chemical products for the consumer and institutional markets, announces a major restructuring of the company’s business operations.

Charlotte Products is the parent company of Enviro-Solutions, one of the oldest manufacturers of Green-certified cleaning products in North America.  The company also manufactures cleaning chemicals under the name Clean & Green and private labels for a number of third-party organizations.

According to Charlotte Products’ President Anthony Ambler, one of the key changes involves Mike Sawchuk, who is the current vice president and general manager of Enviro-Solutions.

Sawchuk will now be responsible for sales, marketing, pricing, customer service, and administrative functions for both Enviro-Solutions as well as Charlotte Products.

In addition, Ambler announced two other personnel changes in the company:
  • Jim Flieler will assume the position of vice president of Research, Training, and Brand Development.  Previously, Flieler was Director or Training and Key Accounts for Charlotte Products.
  • Asquith Williams remains the general manager of Charlotte Products and will be responsible for such areas as quality assurance, research and development, production and purchasing, and other business operations.
“We are proud that these changes are the result of business growth and necessary for our future expansion,” says Ambler.  “These three people have played significant roles in helping our company grow.”

Adds Sawchuk, “Charlotte Products has totally embraced Green cleaning. Even during [these] tough economic times, everyone here has worked together to build this company and I am very proud [that] our efforts are paying off.”
