Rachel Adams

Students place monitoring wires   Bold Core Response, Inc. is pleased to announce two new associates. Rachel Adams has accepted the position of staff Industrial Hygienist and Director of the Hydro Lab and Kari Cole has accepted the position of Marketing Director. 

  Rachel has dual B.S. in Environmental Health Sciences and Toxicology from Purdue University and is an IICRC approved instructor to teach HST, WRT, ASD, CDS, AMRT and OSHA compliance courses.  Rachel has the reputation of being an industry leader for training structural drying, microbial remediation and health and safety, she has also been involved in writing industry standards and manuals for water damage mitigation and mold remediation.  Rachel states, “I am thrilled to be with Kurt Bolden and the Team at Bold Core Response/ Hydro Lab and together we will continue to provide the superior educational and consulting to the cleaning and restoration industries.

Kari Cole

Kari has a BA in Training and Development and IICRC certifications WRT, ASD, AMRT and FSRT.  Kari has worked on both local and corporate levels with independents and national franchises.  She is excited to be a member of Kurt’s team and is looking forward to the opportunity to reach so many people through his different companies.  Kari stated, “I am excited to get back into teaching and spreading the word about Bold Core Response.” She went on to say one of the areas she enjoys most is working with and educating agents and adjustors. Kari has wasted no time and in fact has a CEC course scheduled for agents / adjustors in March.
