The Independent Carpet Cleaners Association, a new non-profit organization, has recently opened its online community at www.icca-web.com.

The ICCA was developed “to create an online community that allows professional carpet cleaners to interact daily to increase knowledge, experience, and business skills, and to develop a member organization against the recent trends of the industry of using ‘strong-arm’ tactics to forcefully require certain “approvals” or ‘certifications’ to do one’s job,” according to the association.
