NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Consumers are being warned that some fliers that are being delivering to area mailboxes are advertising misleading carpet cleaning deals.

The advertisements promise to clean five rooms and a free hall for $39.75.

Resident Carol Robuck called Best Care Services after seeing an ad in Valpak and, as soon as the cleaners arrived, she knew it was a mistake.

If she wanted her carpet really cleaned, they said it would cost more.

"It came to over $230, and I said, 'This is a scam, and I want you out of my home,'" said Robuck.

The price wasn't the only thing that changed. The name on the crew's shirts didn't match the name on the advertisement. Want the whole story?
