The IICRC-approved Rainbow International Restoration & Cleaning Advanced Water Damage Restoration Class for new franchisees is held on the Rainbow/Dwyer Group main campus in Waco, Texas on a monthly basis. The course covers equipment; supplies and chemicals used; microorganism development in the water-damage environment; drying science; the effect of water on materials; inspections; procedures for sanitary water resources and more, with a heavy emphasis on worker and workplace safety.

New franchisees spend two weeks at the Waco facility, both learning in the classroom and engaging in some hands-on experience at the flood house, also known as “Jack’s House.” The staff of Clean Care Seminars, Inc. prepared the manual for the course.

A high level of commitment, detail, and expertise was observed throughout the course. Franchisees and instructors alike appeared to be seriously committed to the training and education during the very intense two-week training period.
