Contest Rules - ICS: Cleaning Specialist

Introduction: BNP Media is offering this promotion to registered users only. By participating in the drawing, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules.

The prize: described as an all expense paid trip to Las Vegas for Connections 2008 will include the following: One (1) full registration to Connections 2008– September 24-26, 2008, Las Vegas, NV at the Las Vegas Hilton; Round-trip airfare from any major Continental U.S. airport to Las Vegas (not to exceed $400.00); Three (3) nights, standard guest room at Las Vegas Hilton Hotel (single or double guest room and taxes only); $200.00 cash to be given by ICS Cleaning Specialist magazine at Connections show. Must be present at Connections 2008 to accept cash. Airline travel will be arranged by ICS through a travel agency of their choice, and may only be used for these dates (winner may choose to arrive earlier or stay later than September 24-26 but no other room nights before or after will be included. Room at Hilton will be reserved by ICS and may not be used for any other dates. If winner arrives early or stays late he/she will be solely responsible for making separate reservations with the hotel as well as any and all room charges, taxes and fees. Winner is responsible for any and all incidental charges for anything other than hotel room. Winner may have guest share room but no other expenses beyond ordinary guestroom and taxes will be paid by ICS.

No other award or substitution of any kind will be given in lieu of this if winner is unable to attend Connections 2008 for any reason. No cash value will be awarded. No part of this prize is transferable.

Winner is solely responsible for any state, local or federal income taxes that may be required as a result of winning.

No purchase of any kind is necessary.

Must be over 21 and the verifiable owner, or employee of a professional cleaning or restoration related service business to win.

Winner must have all valid and verifiable information including name, company name, address phone and e-mail address in ICS registration to qualify.

Winner will be chosen by random drawing to be conducted on or about July 16, 2008 by BNP Media and notified by publisher of ICS Cleaning Specialist magazine or other BNP representative. If the selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within two weeks July 30, the winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

ICS Cleaning Specialist magazine and BNP Media are not responsible for any date or venue changes of Connections 2008. Contest is void in the event of cancellation of this event. ICS reserves the right to offer alternative arrangements to Connections 2008 should venue be moved for any reason.

ICS Cleaning Specialist magazine and BNP Media are not responsible for any damages that may occur before, during or after travel or for any damages, loss or injury at Connections 2008.

Release:
By submitting an entry, entrants release our sponsors and their affiliated companies from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, or rights of publicity or privacy). Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects. These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter addressed here and may not be altered except by a written document signed both by qualified representatives of BNP Media and the entrant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNP Media reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time. Any entrant who violates these Official Rules will be subject to disqualification.

Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity Release
The contest winner will be required to execute a legal affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules, release of liability, confirmation of rights, and, except where prohibited by law, consent to use of his or her name, city, state or province, and/or prize information, without limitation for promotional purposes and without further payment.
