1-800-WATER DAMAGE receives ‘STAR' Award

1-800-WATER DAMAGE was selected as the first-place winner among 150 franchise organizations evaluated for Franchise UPDATE magazine's "Speaking To and Responding - STAR Award". The award recognizes outstanding responsiveness to potential franchisees.

Judges for the award "mystery shopped" the phone and Internet recruiting efficiency of 150 different franchise organizations. Franchisors were scored in a variety of categories, including diligence of returning phone calls from the mystery prospects and thorough follow-up with requested information via phone and Internet. Steps taken to measure the potential's qualification while demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism were also evaluated.
