MoreSt. Paul-based diversified manufacturer 3M announced that it is acquiring a Brazilian company that makes household floor-cleaning products. It did not disclose the terms of the agreement.
Incavas Industria de Cabos e Vassouras Ltda. makes squeegees, brushes, dust pans and brooms and employs about 150 people. It is based in Brazil’s capital, Rio de Janeiro.
