Coverall Cleaning Concepts VP of Divisional Operations, Systems & Reporting

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 4, 2002--Coverall Cleaning Concepts announced the appointment of Ken Smith to vice president, divisional operations, systems & reporting.

"Ken has our complete confidence and support in his new position," stated Ted Elliott, president and COO of Coverall. "We believe he is well suited to lead the company's IT and reporting infrastructure."

Smith joined Coverall in March 1998, as regional director of the Washington, DC Support Center, bringing almost twenty-five years of experience in accounting, IT, sales and operations.

In his new role, Smith will be responsible for guiding Coverall's future systems and reporting initiatives with the objective of establishing highly integrated systems that support both field and accounting requirements.

"Properly designed and implemented IT systems have and will continue to differentiate Coverall from our competition, providing the company with a significant market edge,” stated Smith. "Systems and reporting must support and facilitate doing business, not restrict or inhibit this process."
