FacilityPro.Com, Zeborg Announce Strategic Alliance

Atlanta, Ga. (PRNewswire) -- FacilityPro.com, an e-procurement marketplace for the commercial real estate industry, and Zeborg Facilities, Zeborg's procurement service for the real estate industry, have entered into a strategic alliance to provide a comprehensive purchasing solution for all facilities-related goods and services. By combining their expertise, FacilityPro.com and Zeborg Facilities say they will deliver significant bottom-line savings to their clients by maximizing savings opportunities throughout the entire procurement process, from maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) goods to more complex, high-value indirect goods and services such as cleaning, security and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

FacilityPro.com and Zeborg Facilities will immediately begin marketing their combined resource to commercial property owners, managers and suppliers. FacilityPro.com offers more than 1.5 million products to more than 2,500 users, and focuses on streamlining the procurement process and MRO supply chain.

By joining forces, both companies' customers will benefit from a more convenient and efficient way to identify, achieve and sustain cost-savings. In addition, the new joint offering provides customers with a complete assessment of their spending patterns and highlights areas of additional savings opportunities.
