Dri-Eaz Promotes Bill Bruders to Company President

BURLINGTON, Washington - Aug. 19, 2004 - Dri-Eaz announces the promotion of Bill Bruders to company president. Bruders is a six-year veteran of Dri-Eaz who most recently served as General Manager. Dick Gillespie, who most recently served in the role of president, will remain on the company's Board of Directors.

"With skilled management and dedication, Bill has greatly contributed to the growth and success of Dri-Eaz over the last several years," said Claude Blackburn, Dri-Eaz founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors. "Under his leadership, we'll continue to build a world-class company that leads the restoration industry through commitment to our customers' quality of life and overall success."

Before coming to Dri-Eaz, Bruders gained more than 10 years of industry-related experience in equipment manufacturing, distribution, and construction. Bruders joined Dri-Eaz more than six years ago in the Sales Department as Special Accounts Manager, servicing the restoration equipment and solutions needs of key customers. He was promoted to Sales Manager, and later to Director of Customer Relations.

Bruders has served as General Manager at Dri-Eaz for the past year, directing the company's day-to-day manufacturing, customer relations, business, and financial operations. In his new role, Bruders will continue to lead overall company operations and will report to the Board of Directors.
