ProTeam. ALA extend partnership

Boise, ID-Building on the success of its multi-year national partnership with the American Lung Association, ProTeam recently announced it has renewed its agreement with the public health nonprofit to raise awareness of indoor air quality issues in order to create healthier indoor environments.

The new three-year agreement will focus on joint activities geared at helping the commercial cleaning industry better understand the importance of healthy indoor air and the benefits associated with implementing these policies.

“Americans need to learn more about the dangers of unseen pollution in their workplaces and other commercial spaces that can potentially lead to serious health problems,” said Stephen J. Nolan, Chairman of the American Lung Association. “The American Lung Association and ProTeam share a commitment to helping the public keep businesses and other indoor environments as healthy as possible and to protecting the lungs of building occupants.”

ProTeam’s President, Matthew Wood, says that this partnership has strengthened the vacuum manufacturer’s commitment to Cleaning for Health. “Together, we’re educating more businesses about creating cleaner, healthier indoor environments for their workers and customers. ProTeam is thrilled to continue this unique opportunity with the American Lung Association, which is a natural extension of our corporate philosophy to help our customers take practical steps to improve air quality,” said Wood.

Over the last six years, this partnership has helped solidify ProTeam’s market position as a leading provider of training and education that not only helps those in the cleaning industry, but the general public and the environment as a whole. Said Wood, “We are pleased to see this relationship continue for our company as well as for the benefit of our customers.”

The partnership between the American Lung Association and ProTeam was facilitated by TippingSprung, LLC, a branding, marketing and licensing consultancy based in New York City. TippingSprung is the official licensing agent of the American Lung Association.
