Legend Brands Distributors find meeting "rewarding"

Legend Brands held its annual Distributor Conference at the Marriott Buttes Resort in Tempe, AZ May 20-21. 

Legend Brands held its annual Distributor Conference at the Marriott Buttes Resort in Tempe, AZ May 20-21.

Dealers from throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia were introduced to new products such as the new liquid-cooled Sapphire Scientific 570 truckmount, new Sapphire chemicals and Dri-Eaz’s new dehumidifiers and Dragon X2 mobile heater.

Distributors were also updated on the success of the Legend Rewards program – the more than 1400 customers participating so far can use the points they receive when they buy equipment, accessories and chemicals for a wide variety of consumer electronics, sporting equipment, household items, gifts and travel, as well as Legend Brands products and educational classes.

The primary focus and theme of the meeting was technical education, with 12 workshops offered on various cleaning and restoration topics. The goal was to arm distributors with as much technical information as possible so they can provide the best customer service in the carpet cleaning and restoration industry. In fact, as one distributor stated on the evaluation form, it was about “more than just how to sell – they taught us how to educate our customers.”
