Bona US Announces New Territory Manager

Aurora, Colo., May 12, 2010 – Bona US today announced the hire of Mike Summers as territory manager – sport and professional sales.

Summers will play a pivotal role in maintaining current partnerships and increasing new business in the professional sports arena in the states including, but not limited to, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Arizona. Working closely with industry professionals and key departments at Bona, Summers will be responsible for training, inventory, operating procedures and relationship management.

“Mike brings a lifetime of experience in the wood flooring industry and a great reputation to Bona. He will be an extremely strong asset to our sales team to increase customer relations and grow our sport business,” said Tom McNeil, director of distribution sales of Bona US.

With three generations in the hardwood floor industry, Summers’ family business eventually grew into a full design center where Mike functioned as sales and customer service manager. Mike then moved into the manufacturing business where he served as Technical Director and NW Regional manager for Ufloor Systems before joining the Bona team.
