The Professional Association of Cleaning & Restoration (PACR) members and other industry experts learned and networked together at the 10th Anniversary Connections Convention and Trade Show September 5-7 at the Las Vegas Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. From October 17-19, PACR will welcome long-time IICRC instructor Barry Costa to Denver for the IICRC Carpet Repair and Reinstallation Technician course. Barry is the best instructor in the industry when it comes to carpet repair and reinstallation and now is your chance to learn from the best! Barry’s course consists of 75% hands-on time and the opportunity to learn the tools of the trade. This three-day class is offered at a discounted rate for PACR members at $349 per person! Regular price is $429 per person.
Other great opportunities will be coming to the Denver, Salt Lake City and Omaha areas, so contact the PACR office if you’re located nearby and looking for a class to attend.
PACR is also beginning its search for the recipient of the 2nd-Annual Larry S. Cooper Leadership Award. PACR members are encouraged to submit their nomination for someone within the association who is an outstanding visionary and shows dedication and commitment to excellence within the cleaning and restoration industry. This annual award will be presented at the PACR Holiday Party in December. All nominations must be received in the PACR office by November 1, 2012.
