According to CTV News, Morden RCMP are warning the public about a suspicious man who tried to get into a home near Winkler by posing as a carpet cleaner.
According to the story, police said a man came to a residence just north of the city on Monday. He claimed to be a carpet cleaner but did not produce any identification and left quickly when he saw another male in the home.
RCMP describe the suspect as a white man in his 40s, with a stocky build and short balding light brown hair, 5'8" in height and wearing glasses.
