About 75 people attended a 40th-anniversary celebration for ServiceMaster by A-Town/Hi-Tech (Abilene, TX) in November. The cleaning/restoration business owned by Gary Glenn currently has 20 employees and consistently hires temporary personnel when needed.

A-Town/Hi-Tech received the Small Business Salute in 2005 from the Abilene Chamber of Commerce. The company has received the Abilene Reporter News Reader’s Choice Gold Award for being the No. 1 carpet cleaning business in the city and surrounding areas for the past 10 years, among other accolades.
