CRDN Adds Director of Training, National Sales Manager

The Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network (CRDN) has added two new staff members to its corporate management team in Shawn Fair, Director of Training, and David Grant, National Sales Manager, according to a press release. They’ll be based in the Berkley, MI home office.

As Director of Training, Fair is responsible for the development and implementation of internal and external training, enabling CRDN to enhance the breadth and depth of its educational programs. Prior to joining CRDN, Fair spent 15 years in executive sales, management and training in the telecom and wireless industries. He has served as a Director of Sales and training executive.

Grant joins CRDN as the Network’s new National Sales Manager for the Western U.S., working directly in support of CRDN businesses in seven states.  He is a 20-year veteran of the insurance industry and has experience as both a motivational speaker and sales consultant.
