Bobbie Williams Announces Sale of Academy of Textiles and Flooring

See the announcements Williams made to the industry

In a letter to the industry, Bobbie Williams, the long-time owner of the Academy of Textiles and Flooring (Whittier, CA) has announced the sale of the business. The letter reads as follows:

Dear Friends,

After nearly 40 years in education, I’ve decided to sell the Academy! I will still be on board, in an advisory capacity, to ensure the transition to the new owner goes smoothly. After the transition is complete, I will remain on staff as an advisor, supporting the Academy in any way I can.

Over the many years Carl and I have made lasting friendships and have trained thousands of students, both nationally and internationally, and I know that the new owner, Nate Seward, is absolutely the right person to carry on the Academy as a leading figurehead for the Education Industry.  Nate, along with Mike West, Patrick Moffett, Mark Exner, Claudia Lezell and the others are committed to the continued growth of the Academy.

I’ve loved being in this Industry and hope to see you someday at an upcoming event!
