SCRT: Introducing the new Board of Directors

August 6, 2013

The membership of SCRT had their annual meeting in Clearwater Beach last April and elected their new Board of Directors. The are: President Gary Glenn; Vice President Pete Duncanson; Secretary Pat Jennings; and Treasurer Patti Savelle.

We thank all the participating members who joined us for the election and the members reception.

Following the election, the new board decided to donate monies to two different causes. The first was HB909 in Florida. That proposed bill would not allow homeowners to assign payments from insurance companies to contractors. The second cause was to donate monies to The Red Cross for the Moore, OK disaster. The new board was off to a running start.

We are preparing for our booth at The Experience in Las Vegas this September. This is the first time that at any trade show will have an actual fire scene clean-up. This will happen in the area near the outside vendors - you won’t want to miss it. Don’t forget we have $69 rooms for The Experience.
