MoreAfter previously accumulating 15 years of experience in the building maintenance industry, Coles joined ABM as a branch manager in 1991. In January 1998, he was promoted to assistant regional manager and, in March of 1999, was named regional vice president. Coles earned a bachelor of science degree from Syracuse University, and is currently active with the Denver Hospital of Immunology, the U.S. Special Olympics, the Diabetes Research Institute, and the Cystic Fibrosis Association. Coles has three children and resides in New York City.
In response to the growth of ABM Janitorial Services in the Northeast Region, both Gall and Gjelaj have been named regional vice presidents and will share management and marketing responsibilities for the Northeast Region of ABM Janitorial Services. Gall joined ABM in August 1997 as vice president in the New York office. Prior to joining ABM, Gall served as a vice president of Ogden Facility Services, where he was responsible for Ogden's janitorial, engineering and security operations across the northeast. Gall is a graduate of William Patterson University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in education. He resides in Brewster, New York.
Gjelaj joined ABM in 1987 as a building foreman at one of the company's most prestigious accounts in New York City. He was promoted to district manager in 1989, and to branch manager in 1997. For three consecutive years, Gjelaj was the recipient of the Morris Rosenberg award named for the founder of ABM to honor excellence in branch management. In 1999, Gjelaj was promoted to assistant regional manager. Gjelaj resides in Yorktown Heights, New York with his wife Maria and their four children.
