ABM Janitorial Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ABM Industries Inc., has been awarded a multi-year, multi-million dollar janitorial contract with Spieker Properties. The contract covers janitorial service at four buildings in the Los Angeles area. ABM Janitorial will provide around-the-clock cleaning service for Spieker Properties facilities totaling more than one million square feet of floorspace in Santa Monica, Westwood and West Los Angeles.
