Aerias, Air Quality Sciences hold mold course

Technical course scheduled

Aerias and Air Quality Sciences Inc. will hold a technical course called The Investigation, Management and Remediation of Mold in Buildings on Feb. 12-13 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Pleasanton, Calif.

The course will present control and remediation technologies, sampling strategies and guidelines for preventing and removing moisture in buildings. The course will also highlight mold litigation, insurance issues and current regulatory information

Course instructors include experts from Air Quality Sciences - Building Consulting Inc., the Environmental Protection Agency and McGregor & Garrie, LLP.

The cost of registration is $650 before Jan. 14. Regular registration is $700. Students who successfully complete the course will be eligible for a listing on the Aerias Registry of Attendees.
