Aero Tech Manufacturing, Inc., and Vortex Cleaning Systems have amicably resolved and settled their disputes pertaining to the rights of Aero Tech and Vortex trucks, according to an Aero Tech press release.

According to the terms of the agreement, Aero Tech will continue building their own carpet cleaning trucks with their own specifications and designs. Additionally, Aero Tech has offered to continue to manufacture trucks for Vortex, the release stated.

Although the Aero Tech and Vortex trucks may look similar, the Aero Tech trucks will not utilize the Vortex Dynalene oil heat transfer technology, but will instead use the Aero Tech XT technology, according to the release.

Aero Tech and Vortex "are pleased that any and all disputes between them have been resolved, and wish each other success in their continued business endeavors," the release stated.
