Alan Diamond, CBSE Receives BSCAI's Walter L. Cook Award

Chicago – The Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI)honored long-time volunteer, Alan Diamond, CBSE, with the prestigious WalterL. Cook Award at the 2009 BSCAI Annual Convention & Trade Show, March 8in Chicago.

Diamond has played an important role in the building service contractingindustry for decades. CEO of Premier Maintenance, Inc. in Milford, Conn, from1966-2000. A BSCAI member since 1968, Diamond has served on the Board ofDirectors for two terms and served on multiple committees. Diamond acted asan industry advocate both locally and nationally, and testified in front ofCongress on behalf of BSCAI. After leaving the business in the hands of hisson, Michael, Diamond is now retired and lives with his wife of 48 years,Elaine.

The Walter L. Cook Award is presented to a BSCAI member who has madeoutstanding contributions in furthering the programs and image of theassociation and the building service contracting industry.
