ASCR conference to focus on turbulent-market strategies

The restoration council of the Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration is sponsoring "Weathering the Storm - Winning Strategies for Turbulent Times," in St. Louis, Mo., Sept. 14-17.

"Today's marketplace is as challenging as it has ever been for both cleaning and restoration companies," said Rusty Amarante, co-chair of the restoration council. "Were recognized that and have packed the agenda for this conference with content aimed at helping owners and managers fine-tune their management skills, giving them a competitive advantage, and generating new revenue streams."

The conference will kick off with a dinner honoring and roasting Unsmoke CEO Cliff Zlotnik, a former president of the ASCR.
