The Association of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration is addressing the issue of obtaining insurance coverage at affordable rates with the ASCR Environmental/ Drying Insurance Program.
The new program will be launched at the ASCR "All Kinds of Damage, Contents and Solutions" meeting in Philadelphia, Sept. 9-11.
"Obtaining adequate insurance coverage is a major crisis for mold remediation and drying contractors," said Michael O'Reilly, president of Trade-Winds Environmental and an architect of the program. "This program is designed to rectify those situations for ASCR members."
