BGL announces sale of Waterbury

Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. announces the sale of Waterbury Acquisition Corp. to Wind Point Partners, a private equity investment firm.

Waterbury is a leading manufacturer of proprietary products, formulas and technologies for controlling and eliminating germs, odors and pest in numerous environments.
