Jeff Bishop, formerly the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification’s (IICRC) vice-president and chairman of the certification board, has been named the newly contracted IICRC technical advisor.

In this role, Bishop, a regular contributor to ICS Cleaning Specialist, will oversee the continuation and development of technical information for IICRC’s 18 certification categories and three industry standards, as well as representing the organization in many other technical issues.
