MoreAurora, Colo., August 24, 2009 – Bona US, the North American subsidiary of Bona AB in Sweden and the world leader in hardwood floor finishing and floor care, will hold the grand opening of the Bona West Coast Regional Training Center in Richmond, California on September 17, 2009.
The facility is the 5th Bona RTC and second of its kind opened by Bona in the past year, offering a unique training space for hardwood industry professionals. Located in Richmond, CA the 2,200 square foot space features a training panel made up of 14 different hardwood species and a medallion and patterned floor section consisting of multiple wood types.
In addition, the premium training center offers a stair training module for practicing more advanced flooring techniques and a large open area specifically for vendor demonstrations. A one-tenth scale basketball court on site displays the Cal Berkley logo with Bona Courtlines Paint and provides a demo area available for using the Bona Sport Products. The entire space mirrors an actual jobsite and offers the same challenges a contractor would face in order to maximize the training purposes.
“The new Bona West Coast Training Center provides another easily accessible location for contractors and distributors to advance their skills with Bona products and the hardwood flooring industry.
