June 7, 2007…CPAC, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer with holdings in the cleaning and personal care and imaging industries, announced the promotion of Brad A. Hendrickson to president of Cleaning Technologies Group (CTG), CPAC’s commercial cleaning entity. In this position, Hendrickson assumes full P&L responsibilities for CTG.
According to Thomas E. Mistler, Co-Chairman of CPAC, Inc. and a partner in Buckingham Capital, the company that acquired CPAC in April 2007, "We see an opportunity for CTG to be an even more significant contributor in the growth of CPAC, Inc. and are placing a seasoned manager in charge of this important $20 million business unit. Mr. Hendrickson has demonstrated the ability to build strong customer relationships and to work effectively in developing productive distribution networks. This will strengthen our ability to capitalize on the opportunities presented by key customers who are already shared by both CTG and Imaging.”
Hendrickson joined CPAC in 1986 and has served as President of CPAC Imaging Group/Americas since May 2002. From 1998 - 2002 he was president of Allied Diagnostic Imaging. Previously he served as VP of National Accounts at Allied, and held a number of marketing positions over his tenure with CPAC. Hendrickson holds an MBA degree from Emory University in Atlanta and a BS degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He will continue to work from the CPAC marketing office in Duluth, GA.
Steve Baune, President of CPAC Imaging Worldwide and a Vice President of CPAC, Inc., will assume Mr. Hendrickson's Imaging responsibilities, as President of CPAC Imaging, Americas.
