Following the acquisition of Castle Rock Industries in Englewood, Colo., its integration into the Kärcher Group of Companies has been successfully completed, the company said.

In order to demonstrate the membership of Castle Rock in the Kärcher Group to the outside, the company will be renamed Kärcher Floor Care, Inc., effective immediately.
