MoreMembers of CertainTeed's technical services team will conduct two seminars on the art of building science exclusively for ASCR members during the coming year. The seminars will address air, moisture, and heat flow; sound control; and indoor air quality issues.
In addition, CertainTeed will make training materials, such as videos, CDs, DVDs, brochures, technical bulletins, and current literature available to members of the Association. A toll-free number will also be made available to ASCR members, providing access to CertainTeed's sales support team, customer service, and technical services group.
"Our goal is to help restoration and reconstruction professionals strengthen their businesses by becoming more efficient and effective in installing insulation," said Jim Ash, national distribution manager for CertainTeed's Insulation Group. "We think sharing our expertise through ASCR is the best way to accomplish our goal and will also create a stronger bond between CertainTeed and the leaders in the restoration and reconstruction industry."
