Northern California Director Matt Cole reports the meeting at Central California Cleaning Supply in North Highlands was a huge success. Jim Smith of JBS Consultants provided a very educational discussion about the new carpet fiber Triexta. Jim says that Triexta is getting more market share out there, so we will be seeing a lot of it soon in our customers’ houses. Dennis Candler of The Schedule Center demonstrated a new computer program that can schedule appointments from your web site, help up-sell other services, send out reminder e-mails, and many more marketing benefits.

Central California Coast Chapter Director Rick Lewis invites everyone to once again join us Saturday, June 26 for our annual “CFI Gives Back” volunteer carpet and upholstery cleaning at Ronald Mc Donald House in Palo Alto. CFI members will donate their time and supplies to clean the carpets and upholstery for the well know organization.

Rick and Northern California Director Matt Cole want to remind everyone that “The Cleaners Coffee Club” meetings in San Carlos and Sacramento are a great place to meet and network with other cleaning professionals in a casual setting. The meetings are sponsored by CFI and ProLine University of Cleaning & Restoration, courtesy of past CFI President Steve Kaufman.

The meetings are held at ProLine Carpet Maintenance Supply, and include food and beverages. For further information call Rick Lewis at (650) 766-5630.
