Clorox and Bombril, Brazil's leading household cleaner business, has been terminated, according to a report by Forbes.com. Clorox said in late January it would buy a 50% stake in Detergentes Bombril, but Clorox said the agreement was terminated “because some conditions had not been met.” Clorox Chief Executive Craig Sullivan told Forbes.com the company was still committed to growth in Latin America.
