Coverall Cleaning Concepts Expands to the Caribbean

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 2002--Coverall Cleaning Concepts, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, today announced the November 1, 2002, opening of a new franchise in the Dominican Republic, a first for a Coverall franchise in the Caribbean. The new office, owned and managed by Coverall franchisee Cesar Villanueva, will offer a complete range of commercial cleaning services to financial institutions, office buildings, retail stores, supermarkets and many others, all supported by the high standards and strong reputation of Coverall Cleaning Concepts.

"Cesar Villanueva has the experience and training to deliver services that lead the commercial cleaning industry in the Caribbean marketplace. Since 1998, the company has grown from 4419 franchises to 6647 franchises in 2001.

Villanueva's new office service will provide cleaning services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Service offerings include routine cleaning as well as a menu of specialized and premium services including hard floor care, carpet cleaning, window/blind cleaning, sanitation, ceiling and wall cleaning, lawn maintenance, lighting maintenance, sanitation, and fire/flood clean-up. All technicians meet U.S. standards for minimizing risk of disease transmission through proper cleaning techniques.
