CRI's Seal of Approval

More than 50 cleaning contractors and five training facilities have earned the Carpet and Rug Institute's (CRI) Seal of Approval since the organization expanded the program to include these groups in May 2001.

The Seal of Approval program was designed to identify manufacturers, retailers, installation contractors and others committed to service and customer satisfaction. It's awarded based on written tests of a company's employees to gauge their knowledge of industry standards in installation and cleaning.
