Daniel Mekled established Dynamic Services & Supplies, Inc., in 1979 as a power washing company using it as a means to pay for college. In this venture he found his passion for business and for building relationships. He soon broadened the scope of service to include janitorial contracting as well as commercial carpet cleaning and a vacuum/equipment rotation-repair program.

In 1989, Dan decided to add the supply distribution component to the company and built a strong base in Michigan as an expert that carpet cleaners and restoration companies rely on for supplies, repair and training. Along with building relationships with his customers, he also built strong professional and personal relationships with the leading experts in the industry. It was rare that Dan only had a professional relationship with someone. Most often, his enduring personality, wit and genuine care for others paved the way for friendships that went well beyond the professional business relationship.

Today, because of Dan's determination and commitment, Dynamic now employs over 100 people along with servicing customers in 28 states between the service and supply divisions.
