MoreFARNHAM, Qu¿c, July 15 /CNW Telbec/ - Domco Tarkett Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors recommends that the minority shareholders accept the offer of Tarkett Sommer AG announced on April 30, 2003 and tender their common shares. The consideration under the offer is $7.50 per share payable in cash.
The offer and take-over bid circular have been mailed to shareholders on Friday, July 4, 2003. The offer will be open for acceptance until 11:59 p.m. (Montreal time) on August 8, 2003, unless extended or withdrawn.
