Some of the topics that Holland will cover include: an overview of microbiology to help attendees understand how mold, bacteria, and fungi exist and reproduce; techniques to safely search for mold and sewage damage; effective ways to return a structure to pre-loss condition; how to construct a decontamination chamber; pressurization and air movement; building and structural considerations; accepted procedural standards; and correctly documenting a job. In addition, the course will feature slides from real-life cases.
