Teflon for wool.



DuPont Teflon recently developed Teflon Advanced for Wool, a water-based carpet protector designed to protect wool carpets and rugs from staining. The protector can be used on wet or dry rugs at a commercial cleaning plant or on carpets in homes, offices and hotels.

The company recommends working the formula into the fibers with a soft brush immediately after application. When the rug or carpet is dry, the protection is fully effective.
