DuPont unveils new Teflon theme: 'Let Life Happen'

DuPont to present new global theme for its Teflon business.

WILMINGTON, Del. -- The DuPont (NYSE:DD) Teflon (www.teflon.com) business is unveiling a new concept for its fabric protection products under the new theme of Teflon stain protection: 'Let Life Happen.''

The new lifestyle concept emphasizes the carefree, easygoing lifestyle consumers will experience while enjoying their clothes, uniforms, upholstered furniture, and home fashions," said Teresa Kleinhans, global textiles manager for DuPont Teflon. "It demonstrates the 'let life happen' essence of the Teflon brand stain protection."

She said the concept is being introduced globally through a new program featuring an advertising print campaign, a new retail hangtag design and a comprehensive set of promotional and sales collateral materials.

The technology and extraordinary protective properties of the Teflon brand have been available to fabric manufacturers, retailers and designers for more than a decade.
