One of the expert highlights was the presentation by Tony and Mary Miller of Jancoa, a janitorial company that inspired the book "The Dream Manager." The winner of the "Better Your Best" implementation contest was Kevin and Annissa Coy, Allpro Restoration in Washington. They won the title of Piranha Spokespersons in 2009, and received a Mercedes SUV. The runners-up were Rick & Sandy Raskob of HighTech Cleaning in Prince George, Canada.
