MoreItaly-based Filmop S.r.l. recently acquired HPC Cleaning Innovation, LLC following an exclusive distribution agreement between the two companies. The newly formed HPC Cleaning Innovations, LLC (HPCC)/Filmop Group will be headquartered in Conroe, Texas.
"We are excited to more fully address the needs of our American customers through this new partnership with HPCC," states Paulo Scapinello, exports manager for Filmop S.r.l. "We have already committed resources for improving the building and warehouse space, as well as upgrading overall operations and training."
