Fluke Electronics Corp. has agreed to acquire thermography-product provider Infrared Solutions, a privately owned company responsible, among other things, for the IR FlexCam and IR InSight thermographic cameras with advanced reporting software.

Everett, Wash.-based Fluke Electronics is a leader in compact, professional electronic test tools. The company expects the transaction to close during the fourth quarter of 2005.
