EGLISAU, Switzerland -(Dow Jones)- Flooring and adhesives company Forbo Holding AG said Friday that it has acquired Belgium's Balco Chemie Benelux BVBA, effective Sept. 1.

Balco, with EUR1.0 million in annual sales, had already served as Forbo's adhesives distributor prior to the acquisition. Financial details weren't disclosed.
