Green Seal’s new Standard for specialty cleaning products significantly expands the products covered.

“Products with the Green Seal are now used to clean everything from Yankee Stadium to the nursery school in your local community,” the organization said. “According to the Responsible Purchasing Network, purchasers recognize and specify the Seal more than any other green cleaning product label nationwide. With Green Seal’s new standards for specialty cleaning products, we have significantly expanded the products we can certify.”

GS-53 for Institutional and Industrial Cleaners includes comprehensive requirements for effective cleaners that help protect health and the environment.
