GreenSpace: It's only natural to try green cleaning

ROCHESTER, Minn. -- Many household cleaners on the market today claim to be safer for the environment and the health of consumers. Ingredients don't have to be listed on the label, which can be misleading as to whether a product is actually natural or green.

Dannielle Angell, owner of Natural Choice Cleaning in Lake City, has tried various products in her business of cleaning up the dirt and grime in homes and commercial buildings. The best way to shop for a green cleaner is to approach it like buying healthy foods, said Angell, who occasionally mixes her own all-purpose cleaners with vinegar or baking soda.
